
Lazio suffer defeat away to Juve

Juventus beat Lazio with a thumping 2-0 victory on Saturday at the Stadio Olympico. Both teams arrived on the back of wins. Lazio were looking to pick up points after winning last match. Juve were coming from a 1-0 win against Fiorentina. As it stands, Lazio are in 5th place on the table and has 21 points while Juve sit in 8th with 18 points after 13 matches.
Juve found the net first, thanks to a goal from Leonardo Bonucci in the 23rd minute. The score at half time was 0-1.
The Old Lady continued to pile on the pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Leonardo Bonucci finding the net again, 83 minutes in, sealing a 2-0 victory for the home side.
Both teams used all available substitutes. For Lazio, Vedat Muriqi, Raul Moro and Toma Basic, came on for Mattia Zaccagni, Felipe Anderson and Danilo Cataldi, Juve brought on Dejan Kulusevski, Moise Kean and Rodrigo Bentancur, to replace Danilo, Alvaro Morata and Manuel Locatelli.
There were bookings for Elseid Hysaj, Pepe Reina and Luis Alberto from Lazio, and Juan Cuadrado, for Juve.
Lazio will next travel to Napoli, while Juve will face Atalanta at home.
